OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
We have 2 separate areas within our site. We have a Custom Woodworking section and a Dropshipping section.
The Custom Woodworking section items will be shipped within a few days if in stock and should arrive within 7 days within Continental United States. Other areas usually take longer to arrive.

The Dropshipping items will usually arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. These items offer excellent value at the cost of shipping time. A few of our dropshipping items will arrive within 7 days and are clearly marked.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Custom Woodworking Items that do not have shipping damage (photograph packaging and item for shipping insurance protection) are generally not returnable or refundable. That being said, we want happy customers.
Please describe the problem and supply photos if appropriate. We will try to resolve the issue.

Dropshipping items have a minimum 14-day return policy for all products ordered in our Dropshipping Marketplace. You MUST contact us within 14 days of receiving item to get a refund. PLEASE DO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 14 DAYS IS ABSOLUTE MAX TIME. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TO DO THIS.
